What knot do you use to attach the rope to the dart (cable loop)?

We tie a loop in the end of the rope then push part of the rope loop through the cable loop and then slide the dart through the rope loop that was pushed through the cable. Then pull the dart and cable so that interlocking loops hold the cable on the rope.

Some people use a quick link, which makes it easy to exchange darts, if the one is stuck in a gator and you don't want spend time trying to cut it out at that time.
